Extremely rare map of Sicily with inset plans of Palermo, Augusta, Melazzo, Syracuse and Messina. We couldn't find any record of this map, not in any of the usual carto-bibliographies or in any sales- or auction catalog.
Felssecker was a printer, publisher and copper engraver of Nuremberg. Tooley mentions only two maps of him, and not this one. The map is also not mentioned in the catalog of the La Gumina collection.
